News & Announcements
December has been a wonderfully busy and fun month at Loring, filled with learning, celebration, and community. As we head into the break, I hope you all enjoy a wonderful school vacation and find time to relax, recharge, and spend time with friends and family.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on January 5. Wishing you a safe, joyful, and restful break!
Welcome to December! As we transition into the colder months, we will continue to get outside for recess as much as possible. Fresh air and movement are important parts of our day, even when the temperature drops.
Please be sure your child comes to school with appropriate winter gear each day— including a warm jacket, snow pants, boots, gloves or mittens, and a hat. Having the right clothing helps ensure students can play comfortably and safely outdoors.
Thank you for your support in helping our students enjoy the winter season!
It was wonderful to see so many of our families at Back to School Night last week. Our educators truly value the chance to share their classroom communities with you.
Looking ahead, families will be invited to participate in teacher conferences next month, this a valuable opportunity to learn more specifically about your child’s progress and experiences.
Last Thursday, we had a former Marine, Gui Barosso, visit Ms. D's kindergarten class to read the book, Soldier Bear, to the students. Ms. Barosso is now a Captain with the Framingham Fire Department.
It was great to see everyone yesterday! If you were unable to make the Kindergarten Orientation, please plan to join us for the New to Sudbury Orientation on August 21 at 11:00 a.m.
