Welcome to Sudbury Public Schools’ Breakfast and Lunch Program

Children need healthy meals to learn. 

Sudbury Public Schools offer healthy meals every school day at no cost to all students. We receive funding for this through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Meals, food, and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on USDA Dietary Guidelines.  Second meals, snacks, ice cream, milk that is not a part of a full meal, and/or additional beverages are not covered under the USDA’s Child Nutrition Free School Meals Programs.

School meals are a healthy option, great value, and are convenient for busy families. Sudbury Public Schools works with Whitsons Culinary Group. Together, we are committed to providing wholesome, high quality menus, prepared fresh daily from locally sourced ingredients whenever available and in season. 

Please note that even though meals are free for all, it is very important for eligible families to still complete the Household Application for Free and Reduced Price Meals for the 2024-2025 school year. You can view and complete the application HERE. We strongly encourage all eligible families to submit this form as it allows us to establish eligibility for EBT benefits, waive other fees, and serve families most effectively. Please either email a completed form to spsfoodservices@sudbury.k12.ma.us, mail it to SPS Food Services, 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, drop it off at that address, or turn it in to your school's front office.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: USDA.gov, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
